We have eight preferred caterers for you to chose from here at Greentrees Estate. Along with a curated list of talented professionals, including florists, photographers, bands and more. These esteemed individuals and businesses have been chosen because they align with our sense of style and ethos. The team will share this information with you once you have confirmed your date.
We provide x12 6ft round tables, x3 6ft trestle tables and 120 chairs. However, we do not provide linens or crockery. Typically, these items are arranged and provided by your caterer.
Welcome drinks, drinks during canapés, wines for the wedding breakfast and alcoholic favours are all exempt from any corkage fees. Please note that we have a strict policy: after the wedding breakfast concludes, all wines, even if already opened, will be stored away as our Stable Bar opens for the evening. Any new bookings for 2026 will need to purchase their wines through the Estate. Please ask for more details on our wine offerings.
Yes, we have a spacious car park located at the end of the drive. Accommodating around 50 cars, with additional overflow options available if necessary. Cars can be left overnight at owners risk but will need to be collected by midday the day after.
The Grand Oak Hall has a capacity of 250.
Our License stands within the Grand Oak Hall. We also have a number of
unique spaces that can be transformed within the grounds of the Estate should you opt for a Celebrant to orchestrate your day.
Yes – we allow dried flowers only.
Yes we allow sparklers and low noise fireworks through our preferred supplier Selstar. Please contact the Greentrees Team for a brochure for more details.
We strive to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests. Easy access is available from the car park to both the walled garden and the Grand Oak Hall. Additionally, we offer one cottage (The Pine Cottage) with step-free access too.
We are happy to hold a date for up to five days without requiring a deposit. After which time a £2,000 deposit is required to confirm your date.
Please note, 1AM extensions are available on a weekend takeover hire at an additional cost of £1,800 inclu VAT. Please speak to the Greentrees team
about adding an extension to your booking fee.
Yes, we absolutely can. Please note, it has to be raised off of the floor and be a synthetic oil fire as this produces less smoke.
Yes, we have an allocated ground space positioned by the lake. All costs relating to this option are an additional and will be arranged by yourselves or your wedding planner. Please note; should you opt for a marquee it is your responsibility to organise hard standing.Â
Yes, we allow helicopters to land in the field adjacent to the venue.
The Grand Oak Hall has permanent drapes between the main beams. This allows for sectioned – off spaces enhancing the versatility of the venue throughout the day.
No, the venue does not have built-in air conditioning. Typically, the Grand Oak Hall is well-ventilated with its high ceilings and large bi-fold doors. However, if you wish to use external air conditioning units, we do permit this.
The Folly is projected to be completed by 2025. In the event of an earlier completion, all confirmed bookings will be given the option to utilise this space.
