Having been in the catering and events business for over 20 years, Jacaranda still approach every new project with the same level of enthusiasm and professionalism and have built up a reputation throughout Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire for stylish, luxury events accompanied by mouth-watering menus and outstanding service.
Spring/Summer
Starter:
Marinated courgette, goats’ cheese, tomato consommé, basil oil, pickled red onion
Mains:

Rump of beef & braised shin, confit parsnip, spring greens, butternut fondant, jus

Dessert:
Sticky toffee pudding, orange parfait, orange zest, Florentine
From your very first enquiry to the big day itself, you’ll have a dedicated account manager to handle everything—from tastings and booking hire equipment to answering all your last-minute questions (even the midnight ones!). On the day of your event, an experienced event manager will be on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly and that you’re having the best day possible.
